ONLINE ORDER - represents an electronic document where all the products requested by the buyer are mentioned. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller agrees to deliver them and the buyer agrees to pay for them upon receipt of the package.

SECTION 4 - CHANGES TO SERVICE AND PRICES. DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS/SERVICES
InCandleScent Shop SRL reserves the right to select its customers. The products sold through the in-candle-scent.com website are new, in the original packaging of the manufacturer and at the time of delivery are accompanied by the tax invoice, according to the legislation in force. The products and services are offered in compliance with the provisions of this document and within the limits of the available stock.
The prices shown include all applicable taxes and do not include delivery charges, unless expressly stated on the website.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service/product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service/product.

The products are delivered anywhere in Romania, through the courier companies with which InCandleScent Shop SRL has signed contracts.

Delivery costs are:
- FREE for orders whose value exceeds 300 lei.
- the cost offered by the courier company with which the package is sent. It may vary depending on the destination town and the chosen payment method, but the average courier delivery is 22 lei
- the cost offered by the courier company with which the package is sent is not included in the price of the ordered products 
If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, he will be contacted by phone by the courier company.
Receipt of the products represents the customer's acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition. The invoice constitutes the sale/purchase contract according to the Romanian legislation in force. The customer expresses his explicit agreement upon receiving/signing the invoice regarding the fact that he has received the product(s) that is (are) in accordance with the order and his needs.
InCandleScent Shop SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of InCandleScent Shop SRL which include cases of force majeure: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, uprisings, civil unrest or other force majeure impediments according to the customs of Romanian law.
The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by InCandleScent Shop SRL to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by InCandleScent Shop SRL from this customer.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through in-candle-scent.com. These products or services may have limited quantities and may be returned or exchanged only in accordance withour return policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor display will represent the pictures in true color
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion. InCandleScent Shop SRL  reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us on the site. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of placing the order. InCandleScent Shop SRL  reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our opinion, appear to be placed by dealers, persons wishing to resell our products or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNING PURCHASED PRODUCTS
The customer can unilaterally terminate the contract with in-candle-scent.com without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days (cf. ord. 130/2000 supplemented by law 51/2003 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, only in writing and may return the product(s) within the same 14 day period.
Thus, the products bought on the in-candle-scent.com website can be returned according to the law, within 14 working days of receiving them by courier.
Before returning the product, it is mandatory to notify by phone (0755369005) or by email (incandlescent@gmail.com) the intention to return a product/several products.
The product will be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e. new and in the box, together with all accessories related to the product, unworn/unopened, without stains or tears. Otherwise the package can be sent back to the customer.
In the case of returning natural soy candles, they must be in their original packaging and without any traces of an initial ignition.
Also, products with physical changes, broken or forced, etc. are NOT accepted for return. Products must be returned by express courier. The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense.
Products can be returned without giving any reason.
The returned product must be accompanied by the copy after the invoice, sent either by email to incandllescent@gmail.com, or printed and sent in the parcel.
We will refund the value of the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return. Refund does NOT include shipping charges.
The return of products is subject to this law only for products that are delivered to customers by express courier. 

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we do not monitor or have any control or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We will not have any liability arising from the use or use of optional third party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you must ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms provided by the relevant providers of the tools optional third parties.
