Cost & Time of Shipping
Our business is exclusively online. All these rates are valid only for addresses that are in the coverage area of the courier companies we collaborate with. If the shipping fee exceeds the amounts mentioned above, we will contact you to find the most advantageous solution for both parties.The shipping cost for domestic orders is 16 lei.
We ship all around the world! Our bookish candles are created, hand poured, packaged, and shipped out all from our warehouse in Sibiu, Romania
The shipping cost for all EU orders is a fixed price of €30 on orders 0-5 kg. For orders between 6 - 10 KG kg, the shipping cost will be €50.
The shipping cost for all other countries orders is a fixed price of €50 on orders 0-5 kg. For orders between 6 - 10 kg, the shipping cost will be €80
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. InCandleScent Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please be aware of this prior to making your purchase!
Please allow us 3-5 working days from receipt of order to dispatch of parcels. Once the package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of either EMS or DPD, we are no longer responsible for the shipping speed or transit times. If the package is taking a significantly longer time than the tracking suggests, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the post office.
According to the electronic commerce law OG no. 130/2000, art. 7 paragraph 1, the consumer (buyer) has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer (buyer) are the direct costs of returning the products.
The customer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the ordered products, to return the product and notify the company of his decision to abandon the ordered products, without the obligation to cite a specific reason.
Returns are only accepted when the products show no signs of wear, are in perfect condition (as delivered) and are in the same packaging in which they were delivered.
The customer has the obligation to keep the packaging in its original state. If it shows signs of wear or is damaged, we reserve the right not to refund the money or exchange it for another product. Products that have defects such as: bumps, scratches, dirty or torn labels, signs of wear and tear, stains, cracks, tears, or are used in conditions other than those for which they were created, cannot be returned.
If the integrity of the packaging or products are affected (except by sealing the package), we reserve the right not to replace or refund the value of the returned product.
If you want to return the products, the following should be taken into account:
the cost of transport will be borne by the buyer (customer);
the returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, i.e. new and in the box, together with all accessories related to the product, unused, without stains or tears;
in-candle-scent.com undertakes to return the amount paid by the client, by bank transfer (to the client's account), as soon as all the above conditions have been met, within 14 calendar days at most.
The refund amount for the return will not include the shipping costs (if applicable).
Orders with gift products within the various promotions must be returned in full, including the product sent as a gift. Otherwise, the value of the product offered as a gift will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
